Camchain tensioner ST1100
The oem stock tensoiner is spring loaded so that it is maintance free, the disadvantage with this compromise is that it can back off if used in a race engine or the engine is used aggressively such as a track day or on the drag strip. Stock tensioners also preload the camchain and tensoiner wheels, this results in accelerated wear. This is why most race/trackday bikes have the manual billet tensoiner fitted, it can not back off and so reliability is not an issue, another reason engine tuners fit this piece is because it does not preload the chain and so friction/wear is reduced, and power is increased.

Wiseco piston ring
We stock Wiseco rings so that you can get the Wiseco spares you need fast, The piston rings are sold a set for a piston, so if you need a full set of rings for a four cylinder you will need to make the quantity 4. Wiseco use many different ring formats such as XA, XC, or XG, this relates to the thickness of each ring, the ring format for your piston is stamped on the crown of the piston, so if you have C or XC stamped on the crown then you need to choose the XC style rings.

Pingel fuel tap with adaptor, 6211
Tuned GS's often show signs of fuel starvation at high rpm, the stock vacuum operated fuel tap is often overlooked as the cause of this problem, if your tap does not deliver 2 litres in 1 minute then you will restrict performance. The Pingel high flow fuel tap has a polished alloy body, chrome plated on-off lever with reserve, so is much more attractive than the dull grey ugly stock item. This tap comes complete with your choice of mounting adaptor, chose the A2001 nut to fit the 22mm boss on the tank or one of the 2 bolt adaptor plates. Measurements for the adaptor plates are from bolt hole centre to centre, (measure the distance between the two bolt holes in your fuel tank).

Billet offset Sprocket 289
TheThese billet offset sprockets are cnc machined from 1 peice of steel, this results in a precise fit on to your output shaft, this is important as badly fitting sprockets will wear the output shaft splines, because these billet sprockets are cnc machined they also run true, this is another advantage over stamped out or weld up sprockets. these sprockets are case hardened so that they will last longer than a stock sprocket. You can choose between 3/8" or 5/8" offset and 530 or 630 chain pitch

Tsubaki X-ring gold chain, 530 price per link, 530SGX
This Tsubaki X ring chain offers reduced friction over the O ring chains, O ring chains are not used on race bikes because of the power robbing friction, with the X ring chain you get the long life advantages of an O ring without the friction. A High viscosity grease is vacuum injected internally to dissipate heat and shock load. Sigma series chains feature superior durability and strength that has been tested and proven on race tracks all over the world, Sigma's heavy duty construction gives it exceptional strength and wear resistance, making it the chain of choice for endurance road racing champions. The Sigma series chains feature gold side plates, so if you are looking for a strong, long lasting good looking 530 pitch high performance street bike chain, this is the one. Price is per link, so for a 96 link length chain you will need to input a quantity of "96".

Lightweight anodised rear sprocket
Horsepower measured at the rear wheel is about 15% less than what would be measured at the crankshaft, this is due to power being lost through transmission, chain, sprockets, vibration and moving a large mass like the rear wheel. These anodised alloy sprockets reduce the weight of the rear wheel by up to 2kg. Steel sprockets do not run completely true due to being stamped out, these alloy sprockets are cnc machined which results in a better fit on the wheel and less run out. Anodising will harden the sprocket and look better than black/rusty steel sprockets. Available in your choice and in Red, Blue, Gold, Black or plain Silver. (Not all sizes, amount of teeth are available for all models, if this is the case you will be notified by email) Supplied in 530 pitch unless you state otherwise. Please note anodising normally takes 4-5 days.

Steering bearing set, SSS1270-A
Bad handling is often a result of worn head race bearings, as it is as much work to grease the bearings as it is to replace them, they are often neglected at service intervals. Bad road surfaces and wheelies will result in accelerated wear in the bearings. To check your bearings lift the bike so that the front forks and wheel are free to rotate, if there is a"dead spot" or notch when the forks are gently turned either side of straight ahead, your bearings need replacing.
