	Camchain tensioner ST1300GX The oem stock tensoiner is spring loaded so that it is maintance free, the disadvantage with this compromise is that it can back off if used in a race engine or the engine is used aggressively such as a track day or on the drag strip. Stock tensioners also preload the camchain and tensoiner wheels, this results in accelerated wear. This is why most race/trackday bikes have the manual billet tensoiner fitted, it can not back off and so reliability is not an issue, another reason engine tuners fit this piece is because it does not preload the chain and so friction/wear is reduced, and power is increased. 	HV Oil pump gear It is no secret in the racing community that Suzuki's monster super bike has a problem with low oil pressure. This usually shows itself in the form of connecting rod bearing damage. This new gear is a direct bolt in replacement for the OEM oil pump gear. This gear causes the pump to turn at faster speeds which increases oil volume and thus pressure. Initial testing revealed the following improvements on the test bike; 3000 RPM, 32 psi with stock gear - 52 psi with high volume gear. 6000 RPM, 72 psi stock - 90 psi HV gear. Heavy duty shift fork shafts, TSSH1300 APE, with the help of Crago racing, has designed a tool-steel shift shaft. APE initially designed these shift shafts for use in Hayabusa powered Radical road racing cars. These cars weigh more than twice as much as a motorcycle and put tremendous stresses on the transmissions with constant up shifting and down shifting. The problem..... Both the oem and currently available high performance shift shafts were bending and flexing which wallers out and oblongs the shift shaft holes in the cases which eventually scraps the cases. The solution...... It is well known that APE builds the strongest, no flex, tool steel wrist pins in the industry. The very same pins that Spiderman McBrides uses to run those five second ETs. 	Titanium valve spring retainers, TVSR1300PRO The stock Hayabusa valve spring retainers are made from alluminium, these work ok in a stock motor but if you increase the spring load there is a risk of dropping a valve, the stock retainer also bottoms out on the valve stem seal at over .380" lift, removing material from the bottom of the retainer will only weaken an already border line part. .APE titanium retainers are much tougher than the stock alluminium type and are shorter to provide additional retainer to valve guide clearance for high lift cams. Lightweight anodised rear sprocket Horsepower measured at the rear wheel is about 15% less than what would be measured at the crankshaft, this is due to power being lost through transmission, chain, sprockets, vibration and moving a large mass like the rear wheel. These anodised alloy sprockets reduce the weight of the rear wheel by up to 2kg. Steel sprockets do not run completely true due to being stamped out, these alloy sprockets are cnc machined which results in a better fit on the wheel and less run out. Anodising will harden the sprocket and look better than black/rusty steel sprockets. Available in your choice and in Red, Blue, Gold, Black or plain Silver. 	Steering bearing set, SSS3903-A Bad handling is often a result of worn head race bearings, as it is as much work to grease the bearings as it is to replace them, they are often neglected at service intervals. Bad road surfaces and wheelies will result in accelerated wear in the bearings.
